Paul R. Wenrich

Paul R. Wenrich, 86, of Muhlenberg Park, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Manor Care Health Services, Laureldale. He was the husband of Anna Q. (Kramer) Wenrich. Paul was born on April 2, 1926 in Kutztown, he was the son of the late Paul H. Wenrich and Miriam (Keim) Wenrich. He graduated from Kutztown High School class of 1944, where he played on the baseball team. Prior to his graduation he enlisted in the U S Army Air Corp. and served during World War II. Paul first worked for Textile Machine Works, Wyomissing and attended Wyomissing Polytechnic Institute to become a machinist. After forty plus years he retired from Rockwell International. He had many interest and especially loved hunting, bowling and golfing. He was a life long Philly’s fan. Paul is survived by his wife Anna and their five sons, Daryl P Wenrich of Muhlenberg Park, Alan T. Wenrich and his wife Donna Wenrich of Mohrsville, Kevin J. Wenrich of Goglersville, Jan R. Wenrich of Muhlenberg Park and Dana A Wenrich and his wife Colleen Wenrich of Temple. Also their are five grandchildren Tara J. Kennedy – Kline, Tricia L. Magner, Michael P. Wenrich, Jillian R. Blimline and Becky E. Blimline. Other survivors are six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Judith A. (Wenrich) Blimline, grandson Jesse R. Blimline and a brother John D. Wenrich. Services will be Monday evening at 6:30PM from the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc. 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. A viewing will from 6:00 PM to service time. Burial will be private. Contributions can be made to either Heartland Hospice, 4 Park Plaza Suite 105A, Park Road North, Wyomissing PA 19610 or American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Reading PA 19605
