Anna T. Wisser, of Virginville, age 88, passed away on Tuesday May 26th in the Reading Hospital Medical Center. She was wife of William P. Wisser, Sr. They celebrated 68 years of marriage on April 10th. She was born on February 7, 1927 in Lancaster County the daughter of the late William Neagle and Mary Walden Neagle.
Anna was a graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in Reading graduating as a registered nurse. She had worked at The Lutheran Home at Topton for fifteen years and the Laurel Nursing Home for ten years. She was a members Zion Moselem Lutheran Church. Anna interests were: gardening, needle point and caring for grandchildren. She was a huge fan of Philadelphia Sports, especially the Phillies and Eagles. Survived by her husband William and son William T. Wisser, Jr. husband of Lori W. (Walton) Wisser of Robesonia. Also two grandchildren Emily Wisser and Sarah Wisser of New York City. She was preceded in death by her sibling's Jack Neagle, Jane Neagle and Jean Neagle
A viewing will be Saturday 10am to 11:00 am with funeral services at 11:00am from Zion Moselem Lutheran Church, 340 Moselem Church Road, Kutztown. Pa. 19530. Burial will be in Zion Moselem Cemetery.
