Obituary
Baron L. Schlegel, 63, of Reading, passed away on May 10, 2014 in Reading Hospital Medical Center from lung cancer.
Born on May 27, 1950, in West Reading. He was the son of the late LaVerne K. and Gertie F. Schlegel.
Baron a 1968 graduated from Fleetwood High where he was a student council president. He also was a 1972 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he belonged to Delta Sigma Phi fraternity.
Baron had worked for Federal Bureau of Investigation, Interstate Commerce Commission and Unisys Corporation.
Survived by his sister Judy Schlegel of Durham, NC; his aunt Ferne Koch, Fleetwood and many cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the Jamaica Team, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 117 East Arch Street, Fleetwood, PA 19522.
