Barry L. Reinert, 70, of Blandon, passed away on Friday November 24, 2017, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of June L. (Long) Reinert and they celebrated 49 years of marriage on October 12 ^th .

Born in Reading, he was son of the late Martin L. Reinert and Mabel (Behm) Reinert.

Barry graduated from Exeter High School class of 1965. He was a U S Army veteran who served in Company C 299 ^th Engineer Battalion in Vietnam from June 1967 to June 1968.

He had worked at East Penn Manufacturing for fifteen years retiring in 2013.

Barry was a member Lenhartsville Fish and Gun Club and Horace Kieffer Post 625 American Legion Fleetwood. Barry's free time was always used for hunting or fishing..

Barry was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Surviving are his wife June, sons Steven T. Reinert  husband of Audra K. (Noll) Reinert of Oley and Kevin L. Reinert Husband of Amy (Diaz) Reinert of Kutztown. He has three grandchildren McKenzie, Madison, and Brayden,  Also surviving are three brothers Larry Reinert, Boyertown; Glenn Reinert, Birdsboro; Michael Reinert, Boyertown and sister Michele (Reinert) Michael of Birdsboro. He also has many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

He is sadly missed by his dog Bandit.

A visitation with family will be held Wednesday morning from 10:30 AM to time of memorial service at 12:00 noon in the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. Inurnment will follow service in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood.
