Celest Ranae Goggins, 27, of Fleetwood, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA.

Born in West Reading, she attended Fleetwood Area High School. Celest was a vibrant, spirited soul with a personality that could light up any room. She was a free spirit with a big heart, quick wit, and fierce loyalty to the ones she loved. Her laugh was contagious, her energy magnetic, and her presence unforgettable.

Celest was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, Alora Mae Barr, and her greatest joy came from being with her family and friends. She loved to socialize, dance, and longboard wherever the music and the roads would take her. She often joked that she was a mermaid at heart, and her favorite place to be was near the water—especially Ontelaunee Lake, where she felt most at peace.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Alora Mae Barr; Alora's father, Ricky Barr; her mother, Cynthia M. Brown; and her sisters: Courtney M. Baker, Autumn J. Goggins, Nicolette B. Goggins, and Marissa R. Goggins. She is also survived by her grandfather, Leonard J. Eller, and his wife, Wendy; her uncles: Bill Eller (husband of Shelly), and Timothy Eller (husband of Laura); and her cousin, Jacob Eller (husband of Jessica), along with many other cherished cousins.

Celest will be remembered for her boldness, her warmth, and the way she made people feel seen, loved, and alive. Her legacy lives on in Alora's smile and in the hearts of everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
