Cody A. Meitzler, age 29, of Ontelaunee Township passed peacefully on July 10, 2021 at his residence. He was the fiancé of Heather V. Adams.

Cody was born in Allentown the son of Mark A. Meitzler and Dawn E. (Gehman) of Fleetwood.

He was a 2009 graduate of Fleetwood High School. He worked as a HVAC technician for

Michael C. Wall, Inc. of Birdsboro. Cody was a Chelsea soccer and Buffalo Sabres ice hockey fan. He also was a internet gamer. Cody enjoyed being with family and friend and especially his black lab Dutch.

Surviving is his fiancé Heather and his parents Mark and Dawn and a brother Brent A. Meitzler. Also surviving are his maternal grandparents Russell and Althea (Meitzler) Gehman, uncle Glenn R. Meitzler and his wife Stephanie, aunt and Godmother Holly L. wife of James Wood. Also his many cousins.

Cody was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Leroy and Mary (Sterner) Meitzler and uncle Barry Meitzler.

A visitation with family will be Saturday July 24 ^th from 9:00 AM to 11:00AM followed by a celebration of Cody's life at 11:00 AM from the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in memory of Cody to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231 or the Animal Rescue League of Berks Countty, 58 kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
