David L. Glauser, 77, of Fleetwood, PA, passed away on January 12, 2026, in Reading, PA. Born January 24, 1948, in Evansville, PA, he was the son of the late Leon Glauser and Arlene R. (Dries) Glauser.
He was a 1965 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School. David proudly served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970, including service at the Panama Canal. Following his military service, he worked for Lehigh Portland Cement Company in Evansville for 45 years.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially walking on the farm and relaxing with a glass of iced tea in the breezeway. David was a member of "Sooner" Camp in Sullivan County and loved hunting turkey, deer, duck, and geese. He also enjoyed traveling to North Carolina to fish and hunt.
David was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Ann (Burgert) Glauser, who passed away on April 13, 2024.
He is survived by his sons, Christopher M. Glauser husband of Karen E. (Stephen) Glauser and Ryan H. Glauser husband of Devin S. (Bruns) Glauser; and his granddaughters, Riley S. Glauser and Hailey M. Glauser.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood, PA 19522, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Maidencreek Cemetery, Blandon, PA 19510.
