Dorothea M. Dietrich, age 91, of Blandon, passed on February 18, 2021 at Manor Care Health Services, Laureldale. The wife of the late Clyde Dietrich who passed in March 16, 1986. Born in Blandon PA, the daughter of the late Frederick B. Moyer and Minnie Fox Moyer.

Dorothea graduated from Muhlenberg High School class of 1947. For many years she worked for Surfine Food Market, retiring in 2001.  She was a member of

Maidencreek Church, Blandon.

Her interests were crocheting and making sure every family received a blanket. Playing bingo and going to casinos. Watching NASCAR races and volunteering for Relay for Life. She also enjoyed her ten vacations in Aruba.

Dorothea life was being surrounded by her family and extended family.

Surviving are her children Gloria M. (Dietrich) wife of the late Dale Bubbenmoyer, Blandon; Robert L. Dietrich husband of the late Joyce (Bailey) Dietrich of Blandon: Clyde A. Dietrich husband of Brenda (Yoder) Dietrich of Blandon and Richard J. Dietrich husband of Debbie (Buchert) Dietrich of Temple. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren with a new arrival in late March and six great great grandchildren.

She preceded in death by her husband Clyde and grandson Todd.

Services will be private with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.
