Earl C. Phillips, age 84, of Fleetwood, passed away on Friday April 13, 2018 in his residence. He was the husband of Mamie M. (Moatz) Phillips they celebrated 58 years of marriage on August 15 ^th .

Born in Walnuttown, the son of the late Ralph C. Phillips and Ella M. (Keiter) Phillips.

Earl was a U S Army veteran serving from 1956 to1958.

He had worked at Windsor Service, Reading, for 53 years as a construction foreman.

Earl loved to go hunting and was very proud of his grandson's trophy deer using the rifle that he gave to him. His other interest was old cars which he collected and sold. Earl will be remembered as a very busy person who always had a project to do.

He is survived by his wife Mamie and son David A. Phillips husband of Jessica A. (Brobst) Phillips of Walnuttown. Also his grandson Gage A. Phillips. Other survivors include many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sibling's Paul, John, Edna, Carrie and Sarah.

A viewing will be on Wednesday April 18 ^th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood.
