Eleanor R. Wolf, age 96, peacefully passed in her residence on Tuesday May 11, 2021.     . She was the wife of the late William H. Wolf who passed in 2002. Eleanor was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, daughter of the late Rev. Oscar A. Hyden and Winifred L. (MacGraham) Hyden.

She was a 1942 graduate of Mohnton High School and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church Fleetwood.

Prior to her retirement she was employed by the former Medical Dental Bureau, Reading for 12 years and last worked for Carpenter Technology Corporation, Reading for 16 years.

Eleanor's interest was history and served as a tour guide at Gruber Wagon Works for 30 years and also a guide at Berks County Historical Society for 20 years.

Survived by her daughter Marjorie L. Wolf and partner Deb Maley of Muhlenberg Township.  Daughter in-law Susan Wolf of Mt. Penn. She has three grandchildren Lauren Wolf , Megan wife of Bob Kilmurray and Alison Wolf. Four great grandchildren Ryann Eleanor Kilmurray, Nolan Wolf , Madison Stacherski and Charlotte Stacherski. Also niece Kathleen Hyden, nephews James Lillis, Jeff Lillis and Ken Gerhart. Marjorie's godson Brandon Kegerize and his daughter Kennedy Kegerize.

Eleanor was predeceased by her son Craig H. Wolf, brother Warren Hyden and sister Dorothea Gerhart.

A visitation will be held at Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 W. Main Street, Fleetwood on Saturday May 15, 2021from 10:00AM to 11:00AM followed by a memorial service at 11:00AM officiated by Rev. Mary Wolfe.  Inurnment will be private.
