Frederick C. Billard, 76, of Marlin Schuylkill County, passed away on May 2, 2025, at Schuylkill Center in Pottsville, PA. Born March 5, 1947, in West Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Frederick Billard and Ruth E. (Schlegel) Billard.

A graduate of Kutztown High School, Frederick proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Following his service, he worked for Garden State Tanning, Fleetwood, from which he retired.

Frederick was preceded in death by his wife, Martha A. (Reed) Billard. He is survived by his son, James Billard; daughter, Lynn (Billard) Cutone; brother, Edwin J. Billard; and sister, Deloros J. (Billard) Trumbauer. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at Lyons Cemetery, Bowers.
