Georgianna L. Weidele, age 93, of Dryville, passed away on Wednesday June 12, 2024, at Cornerstone Living, New Tripoli, PA. She was the wife of the late Robert L Weidele, who passed away on December 30, 2016.

Georgianna was born on January 4, 1931 in Reading, PA. She was a daughter of the late George W. Conrad and Martha A. Kramer Conrad.

She was a 1948 graduate of Kutztown High School.

She had been employed by the former Fleetwood Shirt Corporation for many years.  Georgianna was a member of Christ Mertz Lutheran Church where she was a past Sunday school superintendent.

She loved planting and caring for her flower and vegetable gardens. Her other interests were sewing and being a seamstress.  Georgianna's greatest joy was being with her family and caring for grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Georgianna is survived by her children Laurel A. (Weidele) wife of Keith G. Lantz of East Norriton, PA; Sandra L. (Weidele) wife of Alan Speicher of Fleetwood; Theresa L (Weidele) Solt of Dryville; Roberta J. (Weidele) wife of David Wagner of Oley; Tina M. Weidele of Kempton; and Christopher G. Weidele of Dryville.  Georgianna has nine grandchildren: William, Alana, Jason, Laurel, Caroline, Joanna, Jennifer, Darryl and David. There are nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Jane (Conrad) Boyer. Georgianna was preceded in death by her grandson Earl Speicher.

A visitation with family will be held Thursday morning August 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Mertz Lutheran Church, 16 Fleetwood Road, Fleetwood. Contributions can be made in memory of Georgianna to the stained-glass window repair fund at Christ Mertz Lutheran Church.
