Geraldine "Jeri" P. Patches, age 82, of Reading, passed away on Thursday October 14, 2021, in Reading Hospital. She was wife of the late Carl L. Patches who passed in 2011.

Born in Pottsville, the daughter of the late Herbert Harris and Ella Stefansky Harris.

Jeri is survived by her children Ruby M. (Ruth) Adams of Fleetwood; Michael Ruth of Muhlenberg Township; Roxann R. (Ruth) Miller of Flying Hills and Russell R. Ruth of Huston Texas. Also grandchildren Jordan Lau, Samantha Fitzpatrick, Shea Adams, Kahlor Lau, Greg Miller, Andrea Urbina, Shana Wilson, Catherine Johnson, Greg Britner, Trina Ruth, Russell Ruth, Jr., Gabriel Ruth, Sabrina Ruth and Megan Linares. There are 37 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.

Other survivors include a brother Herbert Harris and sister Diane Bensinger.

A memorial service will be on Friday October 22nd at 11:00 AM followed by a graveside inurnment in Laureldale Cemetery.
