Harold L. Ernst, age 97, formerly of Richmond Township, passed away on Wednesday January 6th, 2021 in Berks Heim. Harold was born in Newmantown a son of the late Arthur M. Ernst  and Minnie M. (Wartluft) Ernst. He was the husband of the late Jane A. (Williams) Ernst who passed on February 3, 2012.  He graduated from Wilson High School. Harold was U S Army veteran of World War II serving in Europe during the war.

Harold had worked for Agway, Inc., for forty six years, retiring from the Kutztown store. Jane and Harold  loved ballroom dancing and had been members of the Dance Club in West Reading. His other interest was bowling. Harold is survived by his two nieces Linda Stothart and Lida Predeceased by his two brothers Arthur A. Ernst and Russell J.  Ernst.

Graveside service will be Wednesday January 13th at12:00PM in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.
