Harold J. Welch, 80, of Fleetwood, passed away on April 18, 2013 at Reading Hospital Medical Center, West Reading.
Harold was born on March 10, 1933 in Reading. He was the son of the late James H. Welch and Violet M. (Thomas) Welch
He worked for Parish Dana Corporation, Reading from 1966 to 1995. Prior he was salesman for Coors, Golden Colorado from 1956 to 1964.
Harold was a member of Dead End Deer Camp, Clinton County, past Vice President of Fleetwood Fish and Game Association, life member of Horace Kieffer Post 612 of the American Legion, Fleetwood and attended St. Mary's Parish Church, Kutztown.
He was a U S Army veteran of the Korean War and served from 1953 to 1961.
Surviving is his daughter in law Judy A. Welch of Shillington, brother Byron P. Welch companion of Ruth McCullough of Reading and brother John T. Welch husband of Phyllis Welch, Reading.
Preceded in death by a son Kirk P. Welch, sister Gladys E. Welch and brother Donald J. Welch.
