Helen M. Smith , age 101, formerly of Fleetwood, passed away on Wednesday December 14, 2022 at Reading Hospital. The wife of the late Robert B. Smith, who passed in 1992.  Born in Richmond Township, the daughter of the late Lee K. Wahl and Eva A. (Boyer) Wahl..

Helen worked for many years at the former Nace Pharmacy in Fleetwood and retired in 1986. She loved crocheting, traveling with her husband Robert. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family.

Helen is survived by her son Donald R. Smith husband of her favorite daughter in law RoseAnn D. Smith of Douglassville and daughter Joanne L. (Smith) wife of her favorite son in law Richard L. Keller of Fleetwood. Also five grandchildren Bradley Smith husband of Diane Smith, Bridgit (Smith) wife of Brian Holly, Crystal (Keller) wife of Matthew Shirk, Amy Keller, Anne (Keller) wife of Daniel Kienle. There are ten great granddaughters and two great grandsons.

Other survivors include sister Joyce E.(Wahl) wife of  Richard Hottenstein, sister in law Daisy  A. Wahl.

Helen was predeceased by her brother Carl E. Wahl.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Lutheran Home at Topton for their loving care of Helen.
