Joseph E. Keller

     Joseph E. Keller, 101, of Maidencreek Township, passed away on January 18, 2026, in Wernersville, Pennsylvania. Born on December 11, 1924, in Maidencreek Township, Joseph was the son of the late Archie S. Keller and Gertrude (Wartzenluft) Keller.

     He proudly served his country during World War II as a photographer for General Dwight D. Eisenhower and was stationed at Fort Myer in Virginia. Following his military service, Joseph worked for 26 years as a toolmaker for AT&T, later Lucent Technologies, retiring in 1986.

     In his free time, Joseph found great joy in tending his vegetable garden. Turnips and potatoes were his favorites to grow, along with caring for his beloved apple trees.

     In addition to his parents, Joseph was predeceased by his wife, Janet E. Keller, who passed away on October 5, 2013; his sister, Mathilde (Keller) Keim; and his brother, Samuel Keller.

     Joseph is survived by his son, Donald Keller of Mohrsville, PA; his granddaughter, Allison Barker; and his great-grandsons, Corbin Barker and Ganon Barker.

     Burial will be private at Maidencreek Cemetery, Blandon, Pennsylvania.
