Kathlynn Yvonne (Buckley) Knarr, 55, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at her home. She was the beloved wife of Michael J. Knarr, who remained by her side. Kathlynn and Michael would have celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on August 20th. Born in Reading, Kathlynn was the oldest daughter of Denton L. Buckley Sr. and Kathleen N. (Schoning) Buckley.

Kathlynn was a proud graduate of Muhlenberg High School and a devoted member of Good Shepherd United Church of Christ. She enjoyed going to the beach, gardening, watching the Philadelphia Phillies and the Dallas Cowboys, spending time with her family, and loving her cats. Above all else, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who treasured time with her loved ones.

Kathlynn devoted much of her time to caring for her husband and two children, but her life took on even greater joy and meaning with the arrival of her two grandchildren. She loved teaching them, playing dinosaurs with them, and caring for them, cherishing every moment she spent with them.

In addition to her parents and husband she is also survived by her son Christopher M. Knarr and his fiancée Katie S. Kauffman, her daughter Kiara L. Knarr and her boyfriend Dalton N. Bachert, and her two grandchildren, Ward M. Knarr and Tucker W. Knarr. She is also survived by her brother Denton L. Buckley Jr. and his wife Nicole (Sobjak) Buckley, her sister Jonelle M. Buckley, and her niece Madison N. Buckley and nephew Colton J. Buckley.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM on May 6, 2023, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 AM at Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, located at 170 Tuckerton Road, Reading, PA 19506.
