Kenneth E. Gordon, passed away on July 4, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. He was the husband of the late Dorothy E. (Seib) Gordon who passed on October 25, 2015.  Kenneth was born, in Reading the son of the late Earl K. Gordon and the late Leona I. (Deysher) Gordon.

Kenneth was a graduate of Fleetwood High School class of 1954. He served in the U S Navy Reserves. He worked in quality control starting with the former Western Electric in Reading and retired after many years with Lucent Technology. He enjoyed German heritage, model railroading, traveling, and his pet dogs.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Christine E. Claytor, and son-in-law, Keith A. Claytor of Fleetwood, his son, Steven K. Gordon, and daughter-in-law, Marie (Phifer) Gordon of Breinigsville. He was a proud grandfather to Dylan Ryan – Claytor, husband of Cayley Ryan – Claytor, Shelby Claytor and Lance Gordon. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy, parents Earl and Leona and brothers Glenn and Grant.

A visitation will be held at 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood, PA. A memorial service will follow at 10:00 AM. Kenneth will be laid to rest at St. Paul's Union Cemetery, Fleetwood. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Kenneth to the Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 N.11th Street., Reading, PA 19604 or the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
