Margaret M. Witman, age 86, of Fleetwood, passed on February 9, 2021 peacefully with her family by her side. The wife of the late Walter E. Witman, Sr. who passed in 1977. Born in Moselem, PA, the daughter of the late Robert McKay and Florence (Menard) McKay. She was predeceased by three brothers and a twin sister.

Margaret grew up in Williamsport, PA returning to graduate from Fleetwood High School class of 1952. For many years she worked at Bell Telephone as a long distant operator. In retirement she worked at Tarsus Corporation in Fleetwood.

She was a fifty year member of the Order of Eastern Star, East Penn Chapter #336.

Surviving are her children Walter Witman, Jr. husband of Candy Witman of Fleetwood; Dean Witman, husband of Connie Witman of Fleetwood; William Witman, husband of Sharon Witman of Fleetwood; Richard Witman, husband of Beth Witman of Oley and Mariellen (Witman) wife of Dwayne Unger of Mohnton. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She also has a brother Donald McKay of Kutztown.

A viewing will be held on Friday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be private with burial in St. Peter's Cemetery, Molltown.
