Marie C. Hawkins, age 90, formerly of Fleetwood, passed away on September 5, 2024, at The Lutheran Home at Topton.. She was the wife of the late Carl R. Hawkins , who passed in 1986. Marie was born in Orwigsburg, PA. daughter of the late Luther Heim and Leona (Strause) Heim.

Marie was a kind, and generous person. She loved her family. She was a wife, later a nurse, active  in cub scouts, senior citizens, the church where she was on the nursing team and multiple community organizations. A life well lived

Marie is survived by her three sons Richie L. Hawkins husband of Julie Hawkins, Rickie L. Hawkins husband of Diane Hawkins and Phil D. Hawkins husband of Mary Jane Hawkins. Four grandchildren Carrie Gilmartin, Matt Hawkins, Jordon Hawkins and Brady Hawkins. Three great grandchildren Carsyn, Aiden and Joey. Also a sister Judy (Heim) Lutz

A viewing will be Thursday September 12th from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM followed by a funeral service at 8:00 PM from the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc. 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. Burial will be private at St. Paul's Union Cemeter
