Marjorie P. Compton, age 92, formerly of Breinigsville. Passed on May 19, 2020 in Mosser Nursing Home, Trexlertown.

Wife of the late Robert P. Compton. Born in Oscola Mills, PA the daughter of the late Richard J. Powersw and Roberta (Wright) Powers.

After graduating from high school she went to Penn State University and received a BA in Library Science. She later attended

Drexel University where she received her masters degree. Marjorie's entire working career was spent as a librarian.  She is survived by a sister in

law  Carole A. Gochenaur of Harrisburg, PA.

Services will be private with inurnment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Mahanoy City, PA.
