Mary J. Hallman, age 71, formerly of Reading, passed away Sunday February 16, 2014 in Manor Care of Pottstown.
Born on October 17, 1942, in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late George F. Hallman and Harriet M. (Sell) Hallman.
She worked at General Battery Corporation, Reading for 20 years..
Mary loved cats and rescued many strays.
Survived by her two sisters Georgia (Hallman) Martin of Jacksonville, NC and Judith (Hallman) Parsons of Leesport. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private
