Obituary

Mary Ann "Granny" Seaman, age 92, formerly of Fleetwood, went to be with the Lord Sunday February 15, 2015 in the home of her daughter Ramona A. Deysher of Laureldale where she was residing. The widow of the late Raymond E. Seaman who passed in 1998.
Born on August 4, 1922 in Leesport daughter of the late Howard S. Zimmerman and Sallie M. (Noll) Zimmerman.
Mary Ann was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Pricetown. She had worked at the former Fleetwood Shirt Coporation retiring after twenty years. Mary Ann enjoyed cooking and was well known for her soup and pot pie.
She was a very loving and devoted mother who loved being with her grandchildren,
Mary Ann is survived by her daughter Ramona A. (Seaman) wife of Lynwood Deysher of Laureldale. Also three grandsons Johnny Rissmiller, Andrew Deysher and Joel Deysher
Other survivors include her siblings Jackson M. Zimmerman of Douglassville, Esther L.(Zimmerman)Nagle, Shillington, Hazel R. (Zimmerman) wife of Arnold Orchowski, New Hope and James H. Zimmerman of Topton.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Brenda M. (Seaman) Rissmiller. Brothers Paul N. Zimmerman, Charles S. Zimmerman, Lester F. Zimmerman and John C. Zimmerman. Also sister Katie (Zimmerman) Ressler.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 Am on Tuesday February 24th followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM from the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens. Contributions can be made to St. John's United Church of Christ, 3713 Pricetown Road, Fleetwood, PA 10522.
