Michael Seaton Tolbert, born on September 3, 1942, in Chambersburg, PA, passed away on February 11, 2025, at Berks Heim in Reading, PA, where he had resided for the past three years.

Michael was a graduate of Chambersburg High School and went on to earn both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Shippensburg State College in 1966. He dedicated seven years to teaching in Chambersburg at Central Junior High School before transitioning to a long career with W.D. Weaver, Inc. where he worked for 22 years.

He was deeply involved in the Chambersburg community throughout his adult life until relocating to Berks County with his wife, Suzanne. He found great joy in watching sports, playing golf and basketball, and spending time hunting and fishing.

Michael was married to Bonita Weaver for 30 years until her passing in 1993. In 1997, he married Suzanne Hertzog, with whom he shared a wonderful life until his passing.

He was predeceased by his parents, Eva and Robert Tolbert; his first wife, Bonita; and his siblings Rodney Tolbert, Robert Tolbert, Ralph Tolbert, Loretta Wilcox, and Josephine Littleton.
