Nevin A. Miller, age 93 of Fleetwood, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Reading Hospital, West Reading. The husband of Arlene M. (Schaeffer) Miller, they celebrated 70 years of marriage on July 19th.  Born in Hamburg, Nevin was the son of the Albert Miller and Fannie (Reppert) Miller.

Nevin was a 1947 graduate of Perry High School. He served in U. S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was employed by Rockwell International, Wyomissing from 1959 to 1989. In 1989, he was hired by Magnatech in Sinking Spring and retired in 1995.

Nevin was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Fleetwood. He was an avid Eagles fan and rarely missed a game. In the spring, he was a Phillies fan till football started.

Nevin is survived by his wife, Arlene, son Gary N. Miller, husband of Cheryl Miller of Fleetwood, and daughter Karen L. (Miller), wife of Edwin Seyler of Kutztown. He also has two grandchildren: Emily Miller, wife of Cain Walter of Wrightsville, PA, and Dustin Seyler of Kutztown.  Other survivors are two sisters, Arlene Leese of Lititz, PA and Carolyn Balthaser of Bernville, PA,  and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Harold Miller, Miriam Evangelista, Pauline Klee, Jean Dietrich, and Donald Miller.

A special thank you to the Bayada nurses Lori, Tina and Katelyn who lovingly cared for Nevin over the past three years. In addition, we share profound appreciation to Dr. Alan Levine.

A visitation will be held Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mae A Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. A graveside service will be Saturday at 10:00AM in Fleetwood Cemetery.
