Pamela (Yonkoske) Falcone, 55 of Fleetwood/Rockland Twp, passed away in the comfort of her home on November 12, 2012. She is survived by her two children, Sonny Gaetano Falcone & Destiny Rose Falcone, and her husband Giff Gregory Falcone. She is also survived by her marital family, Joan & Floyd, Mark, Brian, Alane, & Jeffrey Falcone; her mother Alita, brothers Richard, Michael, Mark, and sisters Denise & Karen, all of whom have been touched by her love, radiant light, compassion & strength.

Those who had the pleasure of knowing her understood that her beauty was only preceded by her illuminating spirit, her adventurous fun loving nature, and an unconditional love for her family.
She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, thoughtfulness, and friendship.


Pam was most recently employed for over 10 yrs by the US Postal Service, working in Topton, Wyomissing, and the Reading area.

She was formerly employed in the nursing field for Manor Care, and Lucent technologies of Reading.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's R.C. Church in Kutztown, on Saturday Nov.17th. Viewing 9am - 10:00am at the church with Mass at 10 am
