Richard F. Goodwin, age 88, formerly of Blandon, passed away Monday October 10, 2022 in Perry Township.

He was the husband of the late Madge E. (Kline) Goodwin who passed in 2018.

Richard was born in Reading, the son of the late Wilson Goodwin and Martha (Franciscus) Goodwin.

He was a member of Maidencreek Church, Blandon.  Richard was a 1952 graduate of Reading High School. Richard was U S Marine veteran

serving during the Korean War.

He had worked at Parish Dana Corporation, Reading,  retiring after 36 years.

One of his favorite times was traveling in his RV with Madge. His other interests were golfing and fishing.

Richard is survived by his children Keith William Goodwin, Kerry Richard Goodwin husband of Kathy (Keim) Goodwin and Kelly Jo (Goodwin) wife of Mark Meitzler all of Hamburg. Also grandchildren Stacey (Goodwin) wife of Brian Peifer, Kyle Raudenbush, Elizabeth (Goodwin) Kemner, Amy (Goodwin) Miller, Derek Goodwin, Laura Lewis and Jack Lewis. Great grandchildren Cole Peifer, Cort Peifer and Cali Peifer, Baylee Evelyn Miller, Naomi Clark Miller, Josephine Kemner and Haisley Grace Goodwin.

Also surviving is a sister Linda (Goodwin) Schweitzer. Richard was predeceased by siblings Francis Goodwin, Carl Goodwin and Pat Goodwin

A viewing will be held Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by funeral service at 11:00AM at the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood.
