Robert Moodie, Jr., age 52, of Fleetwood, passed away on Wednesday June 8th at Penn State Health St. Joseph's Medical Center, Reading, PA.
Born on August 10, 1963, in Reading. He was the son of the late Robert Moodie Sr. and Mary R. Schaeffer Moodie.
He was a graduate of Reading High School class of 1981. After high school he served in the U S Army.
Robert worked as a supervisor for Schneider Electric of Leesport.
Survived by his silblings Denise M. (Moodie) Jeter, Laureldale, Jennifer L. (Moodie) Giannotti – Perrotto wife of Frank Perrotto of Reading and Darryl T. Moodie of Fleetwood. Also surviving are his nieces Lekeya L. Preston, Whitney L. Jeter and nephew's Jordan L. Jeter, Terry Giannotti and Joshua T. Moodie husband of Jenna (Ernst) Moodie. Great nieces Jaliyah C. Haynes and Jamora L. Haynes.
Robert was preceded in death by his niece Audrey N. Gianonotti.
A viewing will be Monday evening June 13th. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc., 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 11:30 a.m.. Interment will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens with military honors by the U S Army.
