Robert W. Oberholtzer, age 88, of Fleetwood, passed peacefully on Thursday April 20, 2022 at the Lutheran Home at Topton. He was the husband of Dorothy M. (Cronrath) Oberholtzer, they celebrated 67 years of marriage in June. Born in Bechtelsville the son of the late Clifford Oberholtzer and Florence W. (Wolfe) Oberholtzer.

He was a 1952 graduate of Boyertown High School. Robert was U S Army veteran serving from 1956 to 1958.

Robert had worked at Carpenter Technology for 30 years retiring after 30 years. In 1989 he served as Master of the Huguenot Lodge No. 377 F&M, Kutztown and also was a Shrine member. Other memberships are Christ Mertz Lutheran Church and the Fleetwood American Legion Post 625. He enjoyed gardening, having pinic's and going out for early breakfast.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy and daughters Deborah A. (Oberholtzer) wife of Mike Madeira and Cindy M. (Oberholtzer) wife of Neal Mazer. Also three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Services are private with burial in Hope Cemetery, Dryville.
