Robert A. Packard, age 89, of Lenhartsville, passed away on Sunday January 15, 2023. Robert was the husband of Karen M. (Gorski) Packard, they were married for 48 years. Born in Jersey Shore, PA., Robert was the son of the late Glenn D. Packard and Eva S. (Kunkel) Packard.

Robert was a graduate of Hamburg High School. He enlisted in the U. S. Air Force in 1953 and was a veteran of Korean War.  Prior to his retirement he worked for many years at Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in the Allentown office.

He was a civil war reenactor and participated in reenactments at Gettysburg. Robert also was an avid runner. Over the years he had many dogs that he enjoyed and cared for.

Surviving are his son Brett R. Packard of West Palm Beach, FL and daughter Jodi L. (Packard) Houlon of Philadelphia.

Graveside services and inurnment will be on Monday January 23 ^rd at 11:00AM in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood.
