Rodney A. Ulrich, age 49, of Leesport, passed away Monday January 7, 2013 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township. Rod was the husband of Virginia L. (Tyler) Ulrich. He was preceded in death by his wife Billie Jo (Hartman) Ulrich in 2006.
Rod was born in Reading the son of the late Harold A. Ulrich and Carolyn A. (Shank) Ulrich.
A graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School class of 1981.
He had been employed by Toppan International, Morgantown, working as a chief operator for 20 years.
Rod, will be remembered as Poppy to his grandson, a proud father and outstanding brother. He enjoyed his memberships in social quarters where his sense of humor made him a friend to everyone. Rod's passion was old cars especially his 1977 Corvette Sting Ray.
Rodney, is survived by his daughter Krista E. (Ulrich) Reeser, Leesport and son Zachary K. Ulrich, Leesport. Grandson Nolan Rodriguez. Sister Tracy A. (Ulrich) wife of Richard Kemmerer of Blandon and.many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Jarad Ulrich and bother Ricky L. Ulrich.
Viewing will be Thursday evening 7:00PM to 8:30PM and Friday morning 10:00AM to 11:00AM from the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc. 117 W. Main Street, Fleetwood.
