Obituary
Romane O. Richard, age 93, of Fleetwood, passed away on May11, 2015 in her residence. Wife of the late Ernest C. Richard who passed on May 24, 1995.
Born on April 2, 1922, in Rockland Township. She was the daughter of the late Astor Welder and Minnie (Hess) Welder.
She was a member Christ DeLong United Church of Christ in Bowers. Romane was an avid animal lover, who especially loved her dogs and cats. Survived by her niece Denise M. George of Fleetwood and nephew Theodore Richard of Florida.
Preceded in death by her sister Leona (Welder) Rothermel.
Funeral services will be Friday May 15th at 10:00am from the Mae A. Stump Funeral Home, Inc. 117 West Main Street, Fleetwood. A viewing will be from 9:00am to 10:00am. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery , Kutztown. Contribution can be made to the memorial fund of Christ Delong U.C.C, 63 Old Bowers Road, Bowers, PA 19511.
