Bobby A. Spotts, age 91, a resident of the Diakon Lutheran Home in Topton, formerly from Fleetwood, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
He was the widower of Roberta M. (Dunkelberger) Spotts,
who passed March 8, 2015.
Born in Valley View, PA, he was a son of the late Edgar & Laura (Bixler) Spotts.
Bobby was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School in Hegins. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Fleetwood. He retired from Prestolite Battery in Temple. Bobby enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening.
He is survived by his son, William R. "Nick" Spotts, husband of Carol Spotts, of Fleetwood; a granddaughter, Angela (Spotts), wife of Justin Soumas, of Blandon; and two great-grandchildren, Aiden & Ryleigh Soumas. Bobby was predeceased in death by a sister, Irene, and two brothers, Marlin & Russell.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September, 29, 2015, at 11 AM from St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 5 W. Arch St., Fleetwood. Burial will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday from 10 AM until time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Diakon Lutheran Home at Topton, Resident Activity Fund, 1 South Home Ave., Topton, PA 19562
