William P. Wisser, Sr., of Virginville, passed away on Sunday December 27, 2020 while being embraced by his loving son at St. Lukes Hospital Allentown. William was very proud of being born in Virginville and lived his whole life there. He was the son of the late Irwin Wisser and Carrie (Merkel) Wisser. William was the husband of the late Anna T. (Neagle) Wisser, who passed on May 26, 2015.

He was a 1947 graduate of Kutztown High School. He was a member of Zion Moselem Lutheran Church. William was a 32 ^nd Degree Mason and a member of Huguenot Lodge No. 377 F&AM, Kutztown. He also served as a past president of the Virginville Lions Club.

William had worked in sales for Hershey Foods, Hershey,PA. retiring after many years. Previously he had worked for Lehigh Valley Dairy, Allentown.

Billy had sports heroes which included Charles Barkley, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan and Muhammad Ali.

He enjoyed playing softball was an avid hunter and loved getting a new car every two or three years. Billy enjoyed the company of his dogs which were many over the years. Most of all he loved spending time with his two granddaughters.

William is survived by his son William P. Wisser, Jr. husband of Lori Wisser of Robesonia, PA. Granddaughters Emily Wisser and Sarah Wisser both of New York City.

Billy has one brother Nelson Wisser who lives in South Carolina. He was predeceased by siblings Rachel (Wisser) Miller, Dorothy (Wisser) Spohn and Norman Wisser.

Services are private with burial in Zion Moselem Cemetery .
